Hi everyone!

Could you please advise a place where possible to make few one day hiking trips in any Europe country (interested in Poland, Spain and Italy first of all).
I want to stay at the hotel/guesthouse for a week and have hiking new trails every day with back to the same hotel at the evenings.
It is like at the National Park Durmitor in Montenegro (lots of marked trails).

Thank you very much in advance!

The Cinque Terre in Italy is beautiful and there are many hiking trails. Check first to see if they are open. Sometimes winter weather closes some of them. Click here to check Cinque Terre Hiking Trails

Mentioning Durmitor brings to mind some places in Italy, although this would depend on when you wish to hike ....

In Italy, Monti Sibillini National Park and Gran Sasso National Park offer plenty of hiking opportunities with many towns and villages to base yourself. These parks more or less border one another and are spread among the provinces of Abruzzo, Lazio, Umbria and Marche.

The villages of Assergi and the smaller Fonte Cerrato, just east of L'Aquila, are good bases for hikes in Gran Sasso, where several seasonal "refugios" and a pension or two can be found.

The spa town of Acquasanta Terme, between the two parks, is a great place to soak and recover after some serious hiking.

The best place I know to have a variety of day hikes from one hotel each day for a week is the English Lake District.

Keswick is the best base. You could do around 6 full day hikes in different directions from the town, or a few more using a bus or lake ferry to start and walk back to town. Loads of accommodation, restaurants, etc.

This assumes you won't have a car with you?

How big a day hike do you want? In km or miles or hours.

Will you be driving a car to/from the main base, or do you want somewhere you can get to by plane then public transport?
The UK is a long drive from Montenegro (especially Scotland which has a few places that could interest you). Similarly Spain, Portugal, France, Germany... actually there are lots of countries in Europe that have places that would meet your requirements.
So are you looking for forest hikes, Mountains, rolling hills, sea views or what?

Also when are you thinking of making this visit, and what type of climate are you looking for?

We have A LOT of beautiful hikes in Ireland. While it's not on your immediate travel list but worth considering. With so many flights to Ireland from Dubrovnik (we flew to Podgorica via BRU) you can make it here easily.
