As you are a trekking tour operator I can only think this is promotional - in which case stop touting, this site is for travellers not touts.
"It's important that you book in advance because seats for the EBC trek in April usually fill up quite fast, and you might not get the dates you want. You'll also get enough time to research the right operator for you, and read reviews or look at customer testimonials before you book. You should consider factors apart from the cost when booking the EBC trek: the safety arrangements of the operator, the equipment they carry, the route they take, the quality of food they offer, etc. It's harder on the EBC trek than most other treks to make adjustments or find alternatives once you're up there, so you want to make sure you're fully prepared. Apart from that, you should know what you'll need for the trek (paperwork, cash, clothes, equipment) so that you can arrange it at home. Once you get to India/Nepal, you might not be able to find the brands you like.
A good package for the EBC trek in April is about 650-700 USD. That should include your Kathmandu-Kathmandu travel, as well as accommodation on all days, and all meals during the trek. If you're getting packages lower than that, you should double-check the inclusions very carefully. The EBC trek can be done for cheaper, but that usually doesn't include meals (which can be expensive to arrange for yourself), or some of the safety inclusions."
I am in two minds about visting Everest Base Camp. It is somewhere I would love to visit one day but I keep hearing about how badly managed the place is, that it is overwhelmed with tourists, rubbish piled everywhere even human waste is not well treated and I find myself thinking would visiting this place be me adding to those problems
