Hi there,

I'ld like to know if any of you had ever flight with a metal tibetan bowl. I have no idea why this would be illegal, but to be sure.....

Thank you !

No one has answered.

I am assuming you mean a Tibetan Singing Bowl. (If not come on back with a photo or link.)

Google search will give you some links for this item. One thing that would be important is size and weight. Too big to bring on plane in carry-on or not. If you take it in your check in luggage it has to be the allowed size and weight and packed to prevent damage.

I do see this item is available from some big internet wholesale sales providers. So, my guess is that if this is not some type of protected antiquity it can be bought by tourists. Check with your airline. If not in country already check with your particular airline when you arrive. You probably won't be the first person to bring one home.
