My canadian Permanent resident card have expired, i have a US Visa and a valid passport.. Will US border allow me to enter the country just with my visa and passport only..

You need a valid permanent resident card to return to Canada, and may not be allowed to enter without one. So the obvious and sensible thing to do is to renew it before you travel outside the country. This page tells you how to renew your card:

Without knowing your citizenship and your exact circumstances it is impossible to say whether you will be allowed to enter the US. If your Canadian permanent resident card has expired US border officers may be concerned that you intend to stay in the US illegally.
