Hi I’m from England and next year I am going to Australia on a working travel visa for a year from June/July 2020. I am looking for people traveling there for the same reason around the same time :).

This thread is a year old!

99% of what's here is years old! It's like walking through a graveyard! In fact, a graveyard has more activity;) BOO!

Like most sites, they don't cull the old crap. Sure, it makes the site look full and busy, but ..... It's really dead!
And once you start to get feed back like this, that negativity is like cancer and people cant run fast enough away fromn it!

So what if it's a year old, or three for that matter? If it wasn't for my post and yours, nothing would have been added to this site in a week lol in fact this crap is good, it fires things up a bit!
It maybe a year old, but you still looked in- didn't you! Just like others will look in and have a read.

Sooooo why did you look in? Hmmm just pulling on the boots and threading laces huh, please dont tell me you're admin or an auditor!

Anyyywayyys, moving on! If you can direct me to the recently added post section of this site that would really be appreciated.

Oh, and this is where happiness can begin, so cheer up. And look at it this way stranger- a year old post got us talking.... well, you bitching but it's a start huh ;)

And with a name like vineyard "tisc tisc", one pictures green pastures, glowing vines, great food and major laughs, but with youuuu, im getting the picture of the grumpy old drunkard Karren/Steve feel .... you should work on that champ :) be the happy drunk lol and thanks for the heads up on the old post... I'll look out for that in the future.. Cheers...

If you hit the "travel forums" button on the menu, don't you get the most recent posts? To find the old threads you really have to go looking. Hence I too am surprised when people continue a conversation after years, when usually the original poster hasn't been on the site in years.

The old stuff is kept as a resource, as the idea of the forums is to find travel advice; the old advice may still be useful.

Things are dead because travel is halted during covid. All travel sites are feeling it, and some aren't surviving.

Yeah, the cemetery comment was a bit much, especially when it turns out I've got no idea how to drive this truck!

Nooo, I've been hitting the forum button on the top left and this is what I'm getting! Dead posts! J.K :) but it is cold in here eh

Is it me or you ;) must be you!
