What are top 5 necessities in a hotel in the city of Hubli
You're thinking of building a hotel in your home town? Or laying the groundwork for someone to tell us why a particular hotel is so great?

Yes, definitely bathrooms! In a country where there is a huge shortage of toilets having one in a hotel is a definite attraction! 
I had to look up Hubli. I don't think I will be traveling there so this is a purely academic exercise.
I would want a private room with
1. a bed without bedbugs or other uninvited guests.
2. a bathroom with a toilet and a sink,
3. A/C,
4. internet, and
5. access to transportation (either parking or a car from the airport or a way to get to it from the train station)
That's basically what I want in a hotel anywhere except that in northern climates I would also want heat in the winter or cold weather.
