I try to start a new planner travel but when i type the name (luang namtha, Laos) it doesn't recognise it as a place.
did i do something wrong?
i never had this problem
i can't add a new stop
I am having the same problem with my home city of Baltimore, Maryland which I have used on many times previously here.
I think there's something odd going on. To test the system I just tried to add a trip I'm taking on Friday. I was able to enter my start point of London but not my destination, Karlsruhe in Germany. So I tried an interim stop in Frankfurt (I'm flying there and then taking the train) and I saw Frankfurt Germany pop up as a suggestion as I typed but it disappeared again before I could click on it. The same thing happened several times before I gave up.
I am having the same problems. The names of my stops are on the map in the background but when I try to add them they are not recognised and some are recognised but I am unable to select them
Hey everyone, I am aware of this issue. Unfortunately I can't fix it on my end. It might take a day or more to do it. Which means you're kind of limited to major destinations for now as those are still working.

Frankfurt and Baltimore are pretty major
