Travel Forums System Talk 29 September 2019

So when I try to enter travel on this date it will change the entry to 28 September.
I have tried deleting and adding the stop again but no way can I travel on the 29th!
Any idea why the 29th of September was deleted?

Hi Mike866, sorry for the late response. I had a look but it seems to work ok for me here. What timezone are you in? I wonder if the date picker is having some timezone specific issue. Though I'd then expect the problem to happen for just about any date actually.

Hi Peter,

Thanks for checking but I just tried again and it still won't accept 29 Sept.
We travelled on this day from Murchison Falls down to Entebbe and left Entebbe the following day. I just cannot edit the two stops (15 and 16) on this trip to display 29 Sept.
My timezone (GMT+13) has caused issues before in other applications but as you say it should be an issue for all dates I entered if that was the cause.
Maybe it is confusing 29 Sept. with 29 Feb. which would be an illegal date for 2019??

Are you entering the dates through the map or through the planner view of the trip? Different code in each, so one might work where the other doesn't.

You can see on this test trip that I successfully set the date to 29 Sep. Definitely something odd going on.

For me Stop 2/2 displays Sat. 28 Sep, 2019 - Thu 30 Jan, 2020. Is that what you see?

Nope, shows the 29th for me. Well that definitely means it's to do with some local timezone issue. I shall investigate further. :)

Changed my timezone to Auckland and I got the same problem. This should make debugging a bit easier.

Great, I was beginning to wonder if it was just me...
