Good afternoon,

Each time I connect to the site, I get the following message : This is a new IP address

its appears you are logging in from a new location. To be sure it you, you have send you an email etc...

The problems are:

  • change of IP address at each connection, problem only on Travellerspoint website,
  • I deleted the email account linked to Travellerspoint and I did not report the new email address in the settings,
  • I sent an email to Travellerspoint but I don't have a response

An idea of how to recover the account, I have a lot of cards and ongoing projects.

You didn't change your email address in your TP settings so you didn't receive the email you needed to log in.

I'm sure Peter will reply to your email as soon as he can and the code needed will be sent to your new email address so you can access your old account.

Be patient: TP doesn't have a huge number of staff, there are time differences, it's the weekend...and there's also a bit of a virus issue going on in rather a lot of places. :-/

I know it's frustrating but at least it's a good lesson to remember to change settings on *all* the sites you use when you change your email address! :-)

I had a look but didn't see the email you sent me. I can however see the login attempt on your main account. I've gone ahead and verified the IP on that account for you manually so you should be able to log in on it now (provided you are still on that IP).

Once logged in, please update your email address so you can reset the account if you need to.
