Without knowing who 'they' are (UK airport bosses? Friends of John Holland-Kaye? Public Health England?) it's difficult to be 100% sure but as far as I'm aware there's been no mention of such action in the UK media (written or spoken), though the lack of health screening on arrival has been certainly questioned and/or criticised in some parts of the media.

Given that the UK hasn't closed its borders to flights from anywhere (including China), I doubt it's a major focus at the present time. And, to be honest, when anyone says they 'want to go through reports' etc etc it sounds to me more like a typical 'we want to give you the impression that we're taking this seriously' than any valid indication of action. Having said that. I freely admit I'm a cynic when it comes to anything related to the present UK government. :-/

.though the fact that there is no screening on arrival has certainly been criticised..

I heard that the mysterious they had a problem with the cameras in harbors in Tallin, they screened everyone but only thing that got peep out of the machine was coffeecups so you would need to be burning hot to effect the machine.
Of course "they" can calibrate or update the machines to get more effective results. Just my two cents. :)
