I didn't notice the writing
I just thought the city looked pretty Asian combined that with a Germanic building and it came up pretty quickly

This reminded me of somewhere a friend had visited, so I looked at her photos and saw One Foot Island Beach in the Cook Islands, which looks very similar. Is it there?
