I think Google is an appropriate resource, especially if no one else is guessing. Did you try a reverse image search?

Scrub that, it's Playa de las Catedrales in Spain.

I

I wouldn't Google until it seems noone is getting it, but after that, we could be here forever otherwise. No reverse imaging - that feels too sneaky - just old fashioned search terms.

Yes, it is Playa de las Catedrales, also known as As Catedrais in the native Galician. You are up!

This one is another that, if you've been there you'll probably recognise it quickly, but you might also get it from knowledge of the person that the statue depicts. The white patch is just where I've ineptly brushed out something that gives it away.

I'm looking for who the status is and where please .....

It's funny that on another group I'm in , lots of people seem to have been to the same places as me whereas here, I appear to be the odd one out - at least based on this game!

So there have been no guesses, which means it must be time for some clues. These two photos should help a lot. The first is a building in the same village/town/city, and the second is of some visitors to the specific location of the statue.

I find it fascinating, when not playing competitively, to search these images on Google Lens. For the first time it didn't get your first pic! The second it got - the third it suggested as Hollyoaks soap opera! :)

Haha, I don't think I'm giving anything away if I say it definitely has nothing to do with Hollyoaks!

So as you know know who and where, am I being overly optimistic in thinking that the clues give you a good thing as to who and where? And if there are no guesses, you may have to claim the win!

Hi Tabitha,
Your clues helped.
It is a statue of the young Che Guevara, sitting on the porch of his childhood home, now a museum.
Location: Nicolás Avellaneda 501, X5186 Alta Gracia, Córdoba, Argentinië
