Hi

Please can I ask for help / advice , I am a UK resident wanting to get to Columbia but I have read that I. Not permitted to arrive in the USA even through transit ( no wish to go go there just to get to my destination ). Please can someone give me thier knowledge in the current situation ?

Because of Covid, the US government has banned UK (and Irish and Schengen) citizens from entering or transiting the USA if they have been in the UK, Ireland or the Schengen countries within the previous 14 days. Imo it would be quite difficult to prove to US border officers that you had been elsewhere for the previous 14 days.

There are flights UK > Colombia via other countries. Look at https://www.skyscanner.net/ for all flight options & fares. Book on the airline's own website.
