All visa & entry requirements for non-Thais are detailed on the official embassy page here:

https://london.thaiembassy.org/en/publicservice/119247-requirements-for-certificate-of-entry-during-travel-restriction

You will have to book, remain within and pay for 15 days in an ASQ hotel (official quarantine establishment). >All non-Thai passengers will be subject to a 15-day quarantine at their own expenses at one of the facilities for Alternative State Quarantine (ASQ) that have been approved by the Thai authorities. <

Thanx. I think I'll goto the Thai Embassy here and check what's the procedure for getting the Visa. Earlier it used to be online via some portal but that and their office closed down that's why I created this post if something changed or if I'm missing something.

I just went googling to find that - you could do the same. If you don't like what I found, it's not really on me to find better news for you. You need to suck up the reality of the pandemic.

I don't think the Thai authorities are going to make a special exception for you because you say you're going to stay indoors.

ok. I think I'll have to goto the embassy here and see what's what. Earlier it used to be online and quite straight forward but Covid really has changed about almost everything on an elementary level. Its just The embassy is quite far from my place and I thought online application would suffice just like getting the CoE but I guess thats not the case now. Thanks for your time anyway.
