I am looking for a cheap safe city/town to move to in the UK. I am in my early 20s looking for a place that is affordable, has a decent night life and is suitable for someone my age. Along with a good employment rate.

We also need to know what 'affordable' means to you. What sort of job will you be looking for?
At the moment, nowhere in the UK has a 'good employment rate' because of the pandemic.
Affordable tends to conflict with nightlife. And nightlife is probably the most unsafe aspect of life in the UK.
The major cost is accommodation - the UK is crowded, and this reflects in property prices and rents. Cheaper towns (eg Carlisle, Middlesbrough, Wrexham, Ayr) don't tend to have many jobs or the best nightlife.
The best nightlife is in larger cities which are the least affordable places.
Do you have a trade or skills that will put you in a particular job? That will likely be the thing which makes the biggest difference.
