Hi all!
Been feeling a bit lost lately so thought I’d try my luck here.
I’m 22, am currently working from home at a job with very flexible hours, and over the past few months have made a point of doing little weekend trips around VIC, SA, and just up and down the coast. But I’m feeling like I need to really just leave Melbourne for a whole month, meet new people, change of scenery, etc. I’m just not sure where to go and what to do, as I don’t know many other people outside of Melbourne. Could anyone recommend any courses? Or places to stay? I’m really flexible as to where, but somewhere sunny and fun would be great. Any help would be awesome! Thanks in advance :)

I can consider your condition. To refresh yourself for a couple of weeks you can visit Phillip Island which is about 140 kilometers from Melbourne's city center. It is the most top pick for nature lovers. Every night at sunset, visitors gather along the shore to see adorable penguins waddle up the beach at the Phillip Island Nature Park.

you can visit Phillip Island

But that's a Melbourne tourist attraction, certainly covered when the OP says little weekend trips up and down the coast in Victoria, so not what is being asked for. I see you're posting a lot of similar fairly useless responses, looks like you're just profile building. Why not fill out your profile if you're a real person.

The pandemic really limits your options, and it makes it hard from anyone outside of the local area to make suggestions without knowing what the local restrictions are like.

Australia and NZ keep threatening to open a trans-Tasman travel bubble, and when that happens I'm sure there will be loads of NZ options, perhaps Cook Islands too. Loads of friendly places at the beach - eg Coromandel, Raglan, Golden Bay.

Or is Tasmania open for you? Lots of lovely hiking trails in the national parks. I found both Hobart and Launceston friendly places - but not sure how sunny they are at this time of year.
