You guys are right... with everything...

My name is Philipp and I just finished school. I had the idea to develop an application to improve traveling.
Therefore I wanted to know what bothers you when you travel. I thought it would be okay because I wanted to solve problems. But you are absolutely right. I abused your willingness to help and I wasted your time.
I want to apologize for that.

I did not tell the truth because I read that you would get more more authentic and true statements if you don't present your idea and ask what the others think of it but just ask more general questions (it's called momtest). Surveys are also not a good alternative too because you can not interact with the people who answer it and they could get the questions wrong or I could get their answers wrong.
But now I see that you can not use something like travellerspoint in that way.

I am really sorry. It will not happen again!

Quoting TravelPhilipp

(it's called momtest)

It's called lying. No need to give it a fancy name to hide the reality.

Yes, absolutely right.

Using any internet forum in that way is seriously bad business practice in the real world. How are you going to explain to potential backers just how you got the input which allowed you to develop your idea?

Don't automatically take all the 'advice' you see online: think everything through from all viewpoints.

At least you had the grace to return and apologise, which is a plus.
