Hey everybody

I have been very curious about some ekstreme travles, like where people travel through a jungle or on greenland with a dogsled and sleep out in the open. These wild adventure where is a bit more tough and you really got to push yourself out of your comfort zone.

To go on such a adventure I guess you really need experience, but are the website where you can join a group or get like guide/leader to help you through the journey?
or do you just pack your back and off you go?

It would be so excting to see the nature that way and test yourself out in the wild like that

Hope anyone can help me on how to go on such a avendture

Suggest you start easy to gain experience with extreme adventure travel. This might be with a group or solo. Lack of experience and preparation can get you into trouble, including serious injury and loss of life. It would be unwise to just pack up and go.

There are resources online that can help provide information you seek. For example, I participate in several Facebook groups, such as Extreme Travel Group, West Africa Travellers, Every Passport Stamp and the PanAmerican Travelers Association. Also, there are some useful blogs on Travellerspoint, such as this:

He earlier backpacked through West Africa. Our experiences were similar.

You also can gain experience by joining adventure tours. Go online to look for companies that specialize in travel to remote destinations and troubled lands. For example, I learned a lot from local guides traveling with groups in the Amazon and Africa before traveling on my own.

YouTube also is a good resource as there are many videos of people traveling to remote destinations, some under extreme conditions. Here's an example:

I've been to Zanskar and nearby regions, but not in winter; and I plan to return to the Himalayas later this year or next, depending on when India reopens its borders.
