You will have to ask for proof of vaccination, that may come in some form of certificate, card or a digital record. There isn't really any other way to verify if someone is vaccinated. But you still also have to check the type of vaccine as some vaccines aren't recognised by every government and some governments are giving out mixed jabs which are also not recognised every where. It is definitely going to be a bit of a minefield navigating all these new regulations as travel opens up.
