Does anyone know if it's mandatory to be fully vaccinated to enter the US right now? I know it will be from November 8th but wanted to know as of right now. If you have any resources or links that would be awesome! Thanks

You don't give your citizenship, which is a crucial piece of information for questions relating to entry requirements.

I assume you intend to travel by air.

If you are a citizen of Brazil, China, India, Iran, Ireland, the Schengen Area, South Africa or the United Kingdom you cannot enter the US at all until 8th November. There are only a few, very limited, exemptions: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/covid-19-travel-restrictions-and-exceptions.html

If you have another citizenship and are not fully-vaccinated you are required to have proof of a negative Covid test taken no more than 1 day before your flight's departure:

If you have another citizenship you should also check the US embassy website for your country of citizenship.

Thank you! I'm an Irish citizen but I'm living in Canada and currently in the Bahamas. Is there anything I can do before then?

UK, Schengen & Irish (and other) citizens are only barred from entry if they have been in those countries in the 14 days prior to travelling to the USA.

As (I assume) you meet that exemption criterion I think you'd be able to enter with a negative Covid test taken no more than one day before departure time but I'd strongly advise you to contact the airline you're likely to use in order to double-check the requirements. I'm not a US border official......

No I can't. You should be fully vaccinated before traveling to US.
