List of people that are going to be in Latin America

My whole trip is

Mexico 1st May-9th June
Costa Rica June 9th-21st July

Then i fly into Lima,Peru on 21st July
Inca Trail booked for 30th July

Then i have till 21st December to see the rest of Peru,Argentina and Brazil

leaving from san jose, costa rica on the 5th of August to go around SA for a month. Anyone else doing the same? peace, Jake

I will be studying in Buenos Aires with the IES program from July 31st to November 25th of 2006!! Message me if you'll be in the program or in that area or know anything about it worth sharing!

this is my first time posting so bare with me...

plans so far are:

16th June - Santiago (Chile)
18th June - Bogota (Colombia) 5 months!
mid October - Machu Pichu (going for a week, a friend is coming from Australia to do it with me!)
late November - Buenos Aires, Salta, Tucuman and Iguazu (Argentina)
mid December - Sao Paulo and Rio (Brazil)

Has anyone done, or planning to do, the Sendero de Chile hiking trail system in Chile? What parts have you done or will do?

We are in the process of translating from Spanish, with the help of the official goverment site sendero.cl, information on the trail system and the maps they have. However, their information is kind of limited. Being a really big trail system (7,700km planned/1,980 km complete), we are wondering if anyone has more photos or information on the trail. The information we have now can be found at -snip-

I am traveling to BA in Sept 06. Volunteering for two/three months then hoping to go to Brazil in Nov/Dec until my money runs out!!

I think i want to stop in Uruguay along the way. All by bus!

I will be back in Honduras in January 2007, hoping to be there until April, even May. I definitely want to be in Honduras for la Semana Santa, but sometime during my time there I would love to venture off to other Central American countries, do some backpacking & such. this is what i call planning ahead
