My first post (yay - found this forum whilst frantically googling the Inca Trail last night. Seems like a good idea!). I'm in SA from the 9th December until very early Feb. I have no definite country transfer dates, other than a flight into Peru and one out of Chile, so am highly flexible and open to ideas or meetings-up!
How's everyone working booking stuff like Machu Picchu passes? (Or is that a topic for a different thread?)

Hey! I'm travelling solo for the first time and also the first time in S.America and will be in:
Rio 9 Feb- beginning March 2006
Bahia March -April 2006
Sao Paulo - Beginning of April 2006
Buenos Aires - 2nd week of April 2006
Cancun & Miami - Mid to late April 2006.
If anyone finds themself in those places esp Rio for those 3 weeks in feb and carnival do get in touch.. be nice to meet up over a few caparinhas! Also if anyone is interested in Capoeira definately get in touch as I'm going to be training in Brazil and can let you know of some great schools..

I`ll be in Buenos Aires from the 13th of January. Plan on seeing Uruguay as well. Going for approx. six weeks, just starting to think about which route to take...but I`m very flexible so if someone wants to meet up, great!

Just googled here by accident
I will also be in South America from November 22 until December 23. Starting in Buenos Aires for 3 days, then to Santiago, Valpariso and Vina del Mar for a week, then to San Pedro de Atacama for 4 days, then arica, tacna, arequipa, puno, and finally cusco for the last week.
Its a pretty hectic schedule but it would be great to meet some fellow GRINGOS and GRINGAS! mehehee
