I'm due to fly to Australia in March and have caught Covid. Predeparture-testing PCR test may show up positive even though I won't be. So I need a letter from a medical practice.
Mine won't do one so anyone found anywhere that does?

I assume that a) you live in the UK and b) your positive test was reported on the NHS website?
GP practices don't provide 'proof of recovery' documents.
The NHS Covid Pass shows your reported test results as well as your vaccinations and would thus provide 'proof of recovery'. You can get it online (and/or as an app) using the link below and/or download and print the result and/or get a letter valid for 30 days by dialling 119.
