How do I resolve the issue as I cant even submit a message via the contact section through my phone or PC since the IP address is blocked.

I am scared to log off travellerspoint here on my laptop in case I am again blocked!

PLease advise where you can

Peter has fixed the 'IP address blocked' issue BUT at least one member is not receiving the login code because their email provider is blocking TP mails at server level.

I suggest you clear your TP history and cookies on your PC and phone and try to log in again. If that works but you don't get the TP email with the login code check it hasn't gone into your spam folder/s.

If you're still getting the 'IP blocked' message or not getting the email with the TP login code post on the thread above. Peter will see it there....or you could send him a TP message via his profile page.

Just don't log out of TP on your laptop yet! :-)

This shouldn't be happening at all at the moment. Have you still had this problem in the past 24 hours?

There shouldn't be any need to clear cookies or history.
