No-one on an internet forum can tell you reliably yes or no.
The UK authorities could use Interpol. I think that depends on the seriousness of the crime. As I understand it a bench warrant is intended for the British police to pick you up. As you've left the country I don't think there is any way of knowing whether your details have been circulated to other jurisdictions.

As Andy says, there is no way anyone here or anywhere else can tell you that for certain.
Equally, no-one here or anywhere else can tell you if your details have been passed to Interpol and/or circulated to other police jurisdictions and/or your passport has been 'flagged'. Money-laundering is a serious crime.
The UK has an agreement with the Commonwealth countries for 'mutual assistance' in criminal matters, including extradition. There are 21 Commonwealth countries in Africa.
