Hi Loai,

If you add some additional information to your profile that could be helpful. Such as male or female? Young in school or retired senior or what? Where are you from too.

A month is a long time with a total stranger. Do you expect someone to share accommodations?

Going solo or choosing someone from your own hometown might be easier. Go solo for half the time vs a month may meet your budget requirements.

The news report (UK BBC Radio 4) this morning said it does not come into effect for 3 years (*see edit at bottom as I may have this wrong). Also that it applies to both nationals and foreigners. BUT, if it is relevant to your travels double check and don't rely on a brief item on a short news I heard and repeated - there are prison sentences involved.

* Edit: I'm wondering if I misheard the headline report as 3 years is the prison term introduced for insulting the sitting president so maybe what I thought was that it comes into effect in 3 years is wrong.

Slightly different reports from different sources e.g. the above linked yahoo report (5 Dec) says that it is expected to pass 15 Dec or as early as this week.

Whereas UK Guardian (6 Dec) says that it has passed. Same Guardian article also says that charges can be based only on police reports lodged by a spouse, parents or children.
