The map functionality on the planner doesn't work for me. It just shows a grey mass and no map.

That's the behaviour you get when (some of) the JavaScript necessary for the map doesn't load. Are you using any browser extensions to block ads / enhance privacy? Those might be causing this. If so, you'll need to allow JavaScript from tp.daa.ms, mapbox.com and maptiler.com in there.

I've added those in and it still doesn't work

This is how I have it set up (with uBlock Origin), which makes the map work:

If that doesn't help you get it working, we'll need some more information from you: Which browser are you using, with which ad-blocking/privacy-related extension(s)? Could you maybe show a similar screenshot of the configuration of that extension on the maps?
If you hit F12, that should open the developer tools of your browser. If you go to the "Console" tab in there, which errors do you see when you visit the map?
