Hi, my sister lives in Paris, France, and wants to go on a pilgrim visit to Medjogorje city in Bosnia Herzegovina. What in your opinion the best and fastest way for her to arrive to Medjogorje with minimum hardship? Please give me your comments here, so I can tell her that later on.

Mostar is the nearest international airport to Medjugorje though it's not much used.
Imo, your sister's best option is:
1. Fly from Paris to Dubrovnik (about 90 miles/185km from Medjugorje). There are direct flights in the summer months though at other times of year she might need to connect). Use https://www.skyscanner.net/ to find all flights and fares for your dates but book on the airline's own website.
2. There are lots of companies which offer a private transfer from the airport to Medjugorje and Mostar. The journey is also possible using a combination of buses but in this case a private transfer would be best.
If your sister doesn't want to stay in Medjugorge she could either stay in Mostar and get a taxi/private driver for a daytrip (it's about 16 miles/26km) or stay in Dubrovnik and take an organised group daytrip or private tour from there. Google for trip providers: it's a popular trip so there are plenty of alternatives.
