After recently adding a new blog I noticed that in all of my blogs it will not let a viewer go to the next page of the blog. The option to go to the next page or a different page is no longer there.

Huh, indeed, confirmed. There are no navigation controls to other pages from the main blog overview pages anymore. Thanks for the report!
As a workaround for now, people can use the "table of contents" link from the sidebar. I suspect that Peter (the admin) will be able to fix this relatively swiftly once he sees this report, though it might take a couple of days due to the Easter weekend.
At the top you can click on "Go straight to most recent post" and work backwards in the blog as there will be a previous button at the bottom.
Just sorted this out. You should be able to see the navigation again. Thanks for reporting it
