When on the move I find it easier to send blog updates to Travellerspoint by email.

Have used both Yahoo and Gmail, the effect is the same. See https://devall-travels.travellerspoint.com/438/

When sending to the blog I send to two recipients, Travellerspoint and my older Blogger account.

I have friends and relatives that follow the Blogger account and who haven't switched allegiance.

At the bottom of the TP blog I have added a link to the Blogger version.

Looking at both you can see my problem with TP receiving email updates. Blogger line and paragraph spaces correctly.

Is there a technical solution?

Cheers.

Hmm interesting. I'll have to dig into it deeper. Will log it as a bug as obviously it can be a lot nicer than that!

Thanks. I tend to edit them on the laptop when I get home

i think this is fixed now. Took a bit to reproduce the problem reliably and manage to test it on my local computer, but I worked it out. The problem specifically happened through Gmail. Sending from other mail providers was fine.

Let me know if you still have issues though!

I'll try a test post with Yahoo Email and maybe Outlook! ;)

Peter,

It looks fixed. Sent an email from Yahoo, Outlook and Gmail and all look to have come out the same.

May have spoken too soon. Sent one from Yahoo mail a few minutes ago. Quite a few paragraphs and it came out like this:

Bummer. Can you maybe send me a private message with the original email sent? I'll try and reproduce it.

Tried to send a message but couldn't see how to attach the original email... Can you PM me an email and I can forward it from my sent folder?
