I’ve an outstanding arrest warrant in Scotland which I’ve yet to deal with but need to travel by ferry to Europe shortly.
Is it likely to result in me being stopped at the exit port
Through a data base check?

No-one here or anyone else can tell you exactly what checks are done when someone is leaving the UK or arriving in Europe. That information is not in the public domain, for very obvious reasons.
However, if there is an outstanding arrest warrant it's entirely possible...though not 100% certain... that your passport will be flagged and you'll thus be prevented from leaving the UK.
