Hi i'm looking for some help,
I’m applying for a Work and Holiday visa and I have a Polish passport, for the entry requirments it says you must have a tertiary qualifcation or completed 2 years of undergradute university study.
I have completed 2 years in college and received SCQF Level 4 and 5 will these grades be good enough to apply for the visa?

According to this page, under the "Meet our education requirement" section, the website of the Australian embassy in Poland should have more information on the education requirement. However, looking around the English-language section of that embassy, I can't find anything which looks like that. It might be that the Polish language pages are more informative, and that you can find the information you need there? If not, contacting that embassy directly might be your best bet (unless someone comes along who happens to have specific knowledge of how the levels you mention map to what the Australian government is asking).

Do you mean the Scottish qualification 'SCQF'? If you do then I'm afraid your grades are not the equivalent of 2 years undergraduaate study.
