in the UK, or at least in London, look for MK shops.

In France, I guess your best chance to find discount designer clothes would be at what we call "magasins d'usine" (factory shops). There are some in Paris suburbs, but the largest such stores are in Troyes. There are more than 200 shops with 450 different brands there.
Troyes can be reached by train from Paris. Buses carry you to the main shopping area outside the town.
The Summer sales period has already started in France and will last until 23rd of July.

Hi,

I've heard about a pretty good Hugo Boss factory outlet in Southern Germany. If you google it, you will sure find more info.
Enjoy your shopping!

Hi,

Oh man, we have a lot of factory outlets in Germany...

The outlet store Steff mentioned is located in Metzingen, 40 to 50 minutes south of Stuttgart. Metzingen is a village with a lot of factory outlets. Not only Hugo Boss, but Boss is the biggest one. I myself go shopping there very often and I love it.

Also, in Zweibrücken (located between Saarbrücken and Pirmasens/Kaiserslautern) is a huge factory outlet center as well. I think that center is good for you as it is near France.

And in Herzogenaurach (between Nuremberg and Erlangen) is the Adidas-Factory-Outlet.

Warmly,
Marcus

[ Edit: sorry, no promos in the forum please. ]

Just outside of Florence, Italy there is a designer outlet centre...it has Prada, Gucci and others at a fraction of the cost...but obviously, the most recent stuff isn't in stock (unless damaged).

There is also the Mc Arthurglen designer outlets, mainly in the UK but they do have a few branches in France, the Netherlands and Italy -oh and Austria. The outlets usually have a choice of around 50 stores.

Check this site out for where the outlets are and what they have:
