So, who's had a problem all ready or has cancelled their near future USA air travel do to the USA Government shutdown and it's affect on the FAA?
I personally have not because I am not traveling by air right now. Don't think my local airport(SUN) has been affected, it's a small airport, all thou we get flights out of Seattle and Salt Lake City which are affected.
Anyone had a problem yet?
I'm not traveling either, and my daughter who is a Captain for AA flying 787 international out of Philly was in Lisbon yesterday, but she is home now.
Update.
I haven't needed to fly recently, however most of the big news media I tune in report things mostly back to normal again. (Our US Thanksgiving Holiday travel next week might bog things down a little, same as other years.)
Uptill now, i don't have any such problem
US travel this week over the Thanksgiving Holiday may be affected by weather problems. Keep this in mind if flying to or within the US.
