I'd recommend to anyone that they visit my hometown of Chicago. It has something for everyone -- worldclass museums, breathtaking lake views, terrific shopping, unbelievable public spaces, and the restaurants...oh the restaurants. But I think the real beauty of the city is its neighborhoods: Chinatown, Andersonville, Lincoln Square, Wicker Park, Logan Square. You will not find anything like them anywhere in the U.S. There are some great photos of the city at if you want a preview.

Gothenburg, Sweden.

It is kind of expensive to travel in Sweden, thats the downside, but in the summer Gothenburg really is a great place to be! The winter is really long and dark, so when the sun comes out and the days get longer everybody's out and about. It's a pretty small town, but we still have a lot of green parks, lakes and the ocean to swim and sunbathe, and a couple of great nightclubs. Not to mention that the sun seem to never go down at summernights...

My hometown is Bhubaneswar-India. It is very peacefull town. people are peace loving. You have a lot of things to see within a radius of 100kms. It is also known as temple city. A must visit for travellers coming to INDIA.

I am from Mason, Michigan. Very small agricultural town south of Lansing (the capital). It is the county seat of Ingham County. It literally has the town square with the courthouse in the middle of the square.

I haven't been back to Mason since 1989, so I am unaware of the changes that surely have happened. It was pretty small, and quaint, and boasted one high school.

I grew up in a suburb of Boston, Massachusetts, called Franklin. I wouldn't recommend anyone goes there for their vacation, but Boston is an incredible city that should not be missed. From Faneuil Hall to Harvard Square to Fenway Park, everything about Boston is "wicked awesome."
