Hi all, I'm looking to go back to thailand for the water festival in april and am looking for a good authenic cooking school. I have done 3 classes before and gained in different areas from all of them, but they have been more geared to Farangs and not just good wholesome local thai food. I'm happy to go anywhere to take the class.

Can anyone suggest any classes.

There are some cooking schools in Chiangmai. I haven't any prices or other info, but I remember walking by some. One business card for a travel agency in Chiangmai lists cooking schools on the card.

The name of the travel agency is NANA, they are about an 8 minute walk down the street from the Montri Hotel. E-mail: nanarec@hotmail.com or Nanarec@hotmail.com.
