Just wondering what does everyone pay for an average pint/bottle of beer where they live? who pays the most...and the least?
I usually have to hand over about £2.60 (Swansea-U.K)

That must be for a pind (or pint???) I guess? I pay 2,50 euro (1.70 pound). That is for 300ml of dark Belgian bear.......
In Australia i pay about 5 Australian Dollars on most the beers i buy which is approximately 2.10 GBP or $3.74 US.
In a bar, I pay about 500-700 Icelandic Krona for 0.5 litres. About 5-8 Euros.
Are we talking pub or bottle shop?

I assume ton meant pub!!!
In Montreal, the Irish pubs sell pints for about $7. A bottle of Canadian beer will cost you about $6 at a club. We're not known for affordable alcohol...
