What is your Favorite Cirty/Town in Canada, and why is it so special?

my Favorite town is Brandon, Manitoba. Its around a farming community and has approx. 30,000 people. but they are so friendly and loving it makes your stay amazing. there isnt much to see but its just fun to be there.

my favorite city...probably...Jasper, Alberta. beautiful, historic, and its not to big! amazing. we were eating lunch at a little outdoor restaraunt across from the train tracks...when a bear walks by. not caring who was around or anything...just like he was in the wild. it was awesome. the waiter told us that it happends on a regualar basis around there. (i just wish i had of had my camera..:()

What is urs?

OK cliche.

Montreal. all the way, there's nothing to NOT like about it. Every street you turn down has something to offer. Every restaurant (and they're EVERYWHERE) is different and has some unique style about it that just WORKS.
The people are beautiful, everyone dresses amazingly. The Peel Pub gets my vote. There's something there for everyone, of any age, of any liking. It's my favourite city in the world and one of those magnificent places where you are there for 1/2 a day and are thinking "i could really live here".

It's like the very air you breath is beautiful and interesting. And even in the middle of winter when the weather is bad and the city is quiet.. it's still the most amazing thing to wander around and take it all in.

You just love every moment that you spend in Montreal.

I've got a couple...

Halifax. How can you not love it? The people are so friendly, the relaxed, laid-back, homestyle of everything! Not to mention the seafood and a couple pint's of Keith's!!

Quebec City. It's so beautiful! When you are inside the walls of the old town, it's just like you're in some small European town. Then outside of the old walls, there's something different around every corner!

Queen Charlotte City in the Queen Charlotte Islands. It'll always have a place in my heart.

I too have to vote for Whistler, BC. I lived there for 6 months and had the most amazing time of my life. The people you meet, locals and visitors, are all happy and full of life. I loved it there!!!
