Well, after 2 months overseas and more importantly, 2 months of no work I am back at work. I have been back fora little under an hour and already the mundane work environment is killing me. Any tips on how to make the time pass quicker? Dreaming of and planning the next trip away only seems to make time seem slower. If nothing else I am sure I will revert to my previous TP addiction...

Any help will be much appreciated.

Good Morning Alex!

I was away for a year and got back 2 months ago. Unfortunatly i haven't got a job yet, despite loads of interviews etc. Its crap when you think "two weeks ago I was in such and such etc"

Being able to use the internet at work is a great thing.

Do you really hate your your job? If so, why not try using the internet to research new jobs, or even possible career changes. A change is as good as a holiday.

Just don't get caught!

Heyyy!I know that feeling only too well...its wasnt so bad for me as I had my final year at Uni to get back too so Im pretty preoccupied with that right now....but I constantly have this really nagging, frustrated feeling of being all nostaglic about my travels and planning my next trip!!!!I cant concentrate because Im so excited to go away again!!!
I say if youre feeling like this the travel bug is still in full force so stay positive, grab any job, save up some more money and go travelling all over again!!!!
You just have to think about the good things in life I guess and not let the depression get too you!

Yeah my problem is I have come back full time work and full time uni so its hard to get used to have no free time after having absolutely no committments for a couple of months. Actually as the day goes on I am getting into it a bit more and at least now I can start getting some cash together for my next trip. Its looking like I might get a few trips away with work which will make things a little easier.

Thanks for the advice everyone... I think I will be back in the swing of things pretty soon.
