You will find Money Exchangers in the Arrival lounge. Though you will get the best rates in Vietcom Commercial Bank. But in Vietnam even the hotel where you would be staying would give you decent rates.

Well you can exchange money at the airport. But believe me you can do that everywhere without a big different rate. For a big amount of money, famous banks are better like ACB, ANZ, Vietcombank.
