Hi! My 16 year old daughter is going to Langres, France as an exchange student for the 2006-2007 school year. We have been unable to find out much about this town except that it is a beautiful medieval village. We have info about architecture, museums and cultural events - If anyone has an info about shopping, cafes, and general atmosphere - anything would be appreciated. Thanks

The main problem with some of these websites is that they are generally only in French, which has probably hampered your research.

Heehee..I've been living a few kilometers from Langres for a couple of years.Though I never took time to visit it deeply, all I can tell you is that people call it "the little siberia",because it is the second coldest place in France, going down minus 30 in winter...hehe...But it is beautiful,
