I'm visiting Hong Kong in Early May.

Any suggestions on where to shop for cheap & good fashion (casual & office wear)?

Also, I really miss the "ta pai dong" (aka street vendors) selling smelly toufu, cheong fun, porridge, etc. Heard from a friend there's no such vendors these days. Is it true?

It's important to bargain with the merchants & I always find good deals on Li Yuen Streets, East & West, two alleys, running parallel to each other between the Des Voeux Road and Queen's Road Central. There's also another alley in Causeway Bay near a subway exit. I don't remember it's name, but if you ask around, you'll find it.
