Hey everyone!

I'm hoping to start travelling within the next few months, and I was hoping that, anyone, no matter where it is you've been, could reply to this and advise me on some places to go?

It doesn't just have to be just a country, like, Russia, but it could be a landmark, or a small village, or a river, or whatever.. A pub or club in a certain city wherever it is in the world that you thought was amazing.. A view even.

I'd love to learn from and see your experiences.

Thanks guys :)

Hi Helen, 1st off welcome to TP :)

i would recommend visiting Ankgor Wat in Cambodia, it is a really neat thing to see, only 1 time, i'll never go back but i'm glad to see just once :)

check out Phillipines, see how far the dollar or the pound goes in that country!

Central America, beautiful girls (not that you care lol), but really neat place also, Panama Canal is there, boring as hell but it's there

San Diego and Phx (western USA) is so f*cking awesome!!!! best place in America thats for sure

just my opinions :)

Hi Helen,

Sugegst you to visit Pondicherry near Chennai(Madras)India. A beautiful hostel facing the sea and a relaxed life in a calm city.

Or visit Thekkady in Kerala state India where there is a forest and you can go trekking in the forest even in the night!! (ofcourse with a security escort!) Greenery, a beautiful nice lake, an elephant ride..etc.

If you choose any one of the places, i will give you all assistance/help for your visit and stay.

Wheverevr you choose, have a nice pleasnat stay.

I like Bern in Switzerland, it's not exciting, it's not very big, but it is beautiful, relaxing, clean and a lovely part of the world.

agree with jeffG - Eastern Europe is fantastcic place to visit - especially Poland (I live there). In topic "what do you want to know about Poland" you can find out more information about this country.
Somebody wrote that Greek Islands are the best - I was there and I was disappointed ( a lot of hermit crabs and algae in the water), but Greeks are very friendly and I think they make a fantastic atmosphere - I felt like I have known them for years
