LA will be the last leg of the trip..
Can anyone recommend where to head for once arrived in LA and any places to avoid??
Where To Head For Upon Arrival In LA!?
Hi, I've just spent a few days in LA, which was the first time I'd been to the USA - I stayed in Koreatown, which is inbetween Downtown and Hollywood for a couple of days, and then stayed in Santa Monica. Both were fine, Santa Monica was quite expensive, but nice being by the beach, and Koreatown was a good spot for walking to Downtown and Hollywood.
I'm sure someone from LA or the USA will be able to give you better advice, but as a first timer in LA I felt safe in both areas.
Good luck finding somewhere to stay, and I hope more people offer you some advice!
