All in the month of July. My best friend bailed out on me, but I refuse to give up on my summer vacation. This would be my first trip to Europ and I would love to go with a group of fun and honest people to make this trip even more enjoyable. If you're intersted, please hop onto the wangan!!!!
Plan is to start in south Spain to south France and Paris to Switzerland to Italy and finally Greece Islands. We'd cross countries in eurorail, one 5-day pass valid for 2 months should it(or may be the unlimited pass, still undecided).

hey there..
i'm in a similar situation... my friends bailed out on me too.. how old r u? m lookin at august tho.. not july.. lemme know if u can adjust.. n yeah... u gota include amsterdam in there... no euro holiday without amsterdam for me.. heheh.. i'm easy goin.. chilled out.. wana hit the night spots, some sight seeing and explore the not so ordinary places.. lemme know if u up for it.. .. i'm 25 and indian origin but livin in Kuwait!

Hey rob, I'm interested if you are still going at this point....I was planning on takin a trip for 2 to 3 weeks in august bc i am student teaching in july. Maybe we can meet up or you can postpone a week or two. I've only been to london and amsterdamn before and I would love to see the rest of europe. Let me know.

It will be great.... looks like I'd have to move my vacaction plan a little towards the end of July. It seems that most people are leaning towards those days... cool...I will keep you posted.
I am thinking to create a google group for people who want to join in onto this trip...

When are you starting your trip?
My rough, and totally flexible itinerary is as follows:
July 1st - Arrive in London
July 2nd - 6th - ?????
July 7th- 9th - World Cup Finals Party in Berlin
July 10th- 13 - Hopefuly party in Munich
July 14-16 - Amsterdam - going to Dance Vally (www.dancevally.nl)
July 17- July 27 - Italy
July 28- August 6 - Spain
August 7 - 11 - Amsterdam
August 12- 23 - London
I really wanna see the the countries, from tourist attractions to the unknown places. I also wanna have a good time and party.
Do you know when you may be in Italy?

Your itinerary looks reaaaaaally good...
I am thinking to start the trip July 15th to mid August. Countries to visit are Spain, France, Italy, and Greece. I have compiled quite a bit of information on each country in hopes to get a full experience. It should be fun either way.
Soon as I start a google group...I'll let you know.
How is everyone else's itinerary?

the same thing happened to me re the bailing friend. I came on my own. im in Madrid, having fun and have met some cool people. I dont know how long im going to stay here for, but please give me a shout when you are thinking of hitting Madrid, or leaving Madrid for somewhere else in Spain.
Re accommodation in Madrid, i can reccommend that you stay in one of the hostels on Calle Fuencaral, a cool street off Grand Via. I made the mistake of staying on Grand Via the first night, and never got any sleep. It was cheap, but a false economy. I have a single room here for e20, and its all good!
