As much as I love Brazil. my Haviana flipflops are being put in the cupboard for the world cup. There will be not a brazillian flag in sight.

Year 1978 & 1986: the champion is Argentina -> 1978+1986=3964
Year 1974 & 1990: the champion is Germany -> 1974+1990=3964
Year 1970 & 1994: the champion is Brazil -> 1970+1994=3964
Year 1966 & 1998: the champion is England (but 1998 is France - special) -> 1966+1998=3964
Year 1962 & 2002: the champion is Brazil -> 1962+2002=3964

Analogically estimate: the champion of Year 2006 should be:
3964-2006=1958 -> the champion of Year 1958. That is: Brazil!
