Gee who do i want to win?
Italy - a corrupt diving team (though last nights game was played well)
France - i'm still pissed at them for the testing in the pacific and bombing auckland harbour
Portugal - they just don't look like a world champion team.
For the style of play (based on last night) Italy. Even though 4 of their top serie A teams might be dropped down the divisions for match fixing.
So, France or Italy it is.. I'm personally hoping for France to win, though I wouldn't be overly disappointed if Italy won. Both have knocked out some serious competition along the way (France knocked out Brazil, Italy knocked out Australia 
)
To say that there was no diving in Italy's semi-final match is not quite right though. Totti in particular made a few spectacular ones, including the incident where he grabbed his face when it was clear no-one even came close to it! Then again, Italians are a theatrical type by nature 
Perhaps that has something to do with it.
I wish they would adjust the rules somewhat and allow for divers to get fines or suspensions AFTER the game has been reviewed. Some of these offences are so clear that they really do deserve some form of punishment even if it is after the fact.
i hope italy wins not because France eliminated Portugal but because they are less arrogant than the French. i am bit sad today but it's not the end of the world, i not going to start saying bad things about the french like some people did with a very bad losing.
i think portugal played better than france yeasterday but it was not ment to be. the only thing i don't understand is why everyone was against us, like we were big, rich and powerfull and we controled the sistem. maybe people should be more humble. about the portuguese team, i just want to remember that the majority of the player play outside portugal and maybe the diving habit they took from the championships they play in.
go italy :-) and go Portugal for the 3rd place (even we don't win we were in the semi-finals)

Sooo... Italy it is. Congratulations! It was a great game - but Zidane is the one to blame regarding France not winning, that's just such a stupid thing to do.
And now what? Do I actually have to do stuff after work now? Not just watch football?

Well, I guessed correctly for Italy and got money from it, but...
Ah well, at least England didn't win.

I never expected that i would be quite so happy that the Allsvenskan is a sumemr league and being played right now. WooHoo!!! Football! With that, the Intertoto and euro cup qualifiers starting soon, and my local lower division team (Kristianstad) looking very good right now, I might just be able to survive the next month or to until the start of the major European leagues again...

Yeah and I have to sleep instead of getting up at 4am to drink beer before work! What is that all about!
Bring it on next time - still have to maintain that the English crowd in the bar I watched it in was the best.... ha ha any excuse to shout COME ON ENGLAND one more time 
Some people have too much time on their hands and can come up with stuff like this game pretty quick
