Hi, This August I'm going to China for 20 days. We 'll arrive to Beijing and once there we want to visit the city, Badaling, Shenyang, Xian, guilin,chengdu,Hanzhou, Nanding and finally Shangai.
We don't really know if we will have time enough, so please, we we'll be very glad if somebody could explain us something about how to do this trip by ourselves.

I am not sure where is Badaling. probably the spell makes me confused. I guess it is near Shenyang, right? and, I also guess you arrive in ShaiHai, and leave from ShaiHai also, right?
I will suggest you that
if you are going to Shenyang, forget Guilin. if you are going to Guilin, forget Shenyang. it seems they are very difficult to get together in only 20 days.
you can get a boat from ShaiHai to Dalian. and then a train from Dalian to Shenyang - Beijin - X'an - Chengdu, and then get on the long river boat to Nanjing, and then train to Hanzhou - Shanghai.
I think it is a better choice I suggest.

As a native Chinese,my opinion will be as follows: first place you must visit is Beijing for 4 days, followed by Xi’an: 3 days, Nanjing: 2 days, Shanghai: 3 days, Hangzhou: 2 days, Guilin: 3 days, the last destination is Sanya for 3 days; just relax, then from Sanya to Hongkong, daily flight available, if you intend to go there. In Mainland China, train is ok for travel, but you have to book the sleepers, not seats. As the airlines tickets are cheaper now, so it is better to travel by plane. There are youth hostels in China, you may book online. -snip

What about staying at Luoyang? Any special hostel or accomodation?
Luoyang is an ancient city worth for a visit, but there is not so much to see in my personal opinion. You can try the arrangement as I said in my previous thread. The mustsee places include Beijing, Shanghai, Guilin, Xi'an and Sanya.
Chengdu looks out of the way. I think you should removed that from your trip. If you go to Chengdu, you must visit places like Emeishan and Jiuzhaigou which would require 4-5 days in the province of Sichuan.
It depends on what you want to see and do.
If you're going to Shanghai, you'd probably be in that area for 7-10 days which would include the following: Suzhou, Zhouzhuang, Wuxi, Nanjing and Hangzhou.

Train or bus to Dalian-2 days
Fly to Xian-2 days
Train or Fly to chengdu-2 days
Fly to Guilin-3 days
Fly to Hangzhou-2 days
Train or bus to suzhou-2 days
Bus to Zhouzhuang or Nanjing - 2 days
Train or bus shanghai-just enjoy yourself there!
