I may be (sort of) late on this one - but it's still July 30th in Dakota, Illinois!!!
I hope you have had a wonderful birthday in Pakistan!! I'm sorry you had to board a plane to get there - but there are worse things in the world. So, now that you are there - ENJOY!!!!!!!
Isa hands Fred a large pitcher of Mango martinis (to cure his depression of having to fly to Pakistan), a huge bowl of Nihari (look it up) and for dessert - the Pakistani equivalent of cheesecake - barfi!!! Sounds worse than it really tastes - it's wonderful (especially with the chocolate syrup)!!!!
