I'm planning a trip to Montenegro. I would like to know if it's is easy to find an ATM overthere. If not, should I take travellerscheques with me? I don't like the idea of carrying lot's of cash around. Thankx in advance for any usefull information!

Montengro uses the Euro (they didn't accept the Serbian Dinar even when they were one country) and there are ATMs around in major resorts and towns. Outside of that it can be more hit and miss.

Hey daf,
If you need money just for current expenses like food, drink and accommodation, you won't spend a lot (ex. two moths ago (in June) we paid only 8€ p.p. / night for very comfortable apartment (with bathroom, kitchen + fridge, TV, telephone)). Almost all stuffs are round up so I rather recommend you to have plenty of coins per 1 or 2€.
Have fun!
